The basic characteristics of rubber

(1) When rubber products are formed, after high pressure, the cohesion of the elastomer can not be eliminated. When forming the mold, it often produces extremely unstable shrinkage (rubber shrinkage rate, due to different rubber types and differences). After a period of time, it can be gentle and stable.
Therefore, when a rubber product design at the beginning, regardless of formula or mold, need to be carefully calculated with, if not, it is easy to produce product size instability, resulting in low product quality.

(2) Rubber is a heat-soluble thermosetting elastomer, while plastic is heat-soluble and cold-setting. Rubber due to sulfide types of the main body is different, its molding curing temperature range, there is a considerable gap, and even because of climate change, indoor temperature and humidity. Therefore, the production conditions of rubber manufactured products need to be adjusted moderately at any time, if not, it may produce differences in product quality.、
